Now What Can I Eat – the book.
A book crammed full off recipes, from loads of different chefs, restaurants and well known foodies, that are 100% immune suppression friendly. With not only the right ingredients but with all necessary cooking steps included in the method to ensure anyone can prepare safe and delicious food. The idea being that those who are dealing with illness, their friends and family have enough to worry about without having to think about food too.
So, I had the idea, I’ve got the support of the chefs, dieticians and a publisher so now all I need to do to make the idea a reality is raise the funds to get the printing press rolling…
And that’s where you come in…
The campaign launched on Good Friday, the 30th March, as last Good Friday I received the call that saved my life and had my transplant.
